I worked in aged care and I learnt this the hard way because when I was new I would always stay back to help like half an hour an hour and then I realise no one else was doing it. They were all leaving on time so I changed my attitude and left on time..

I once had a pregnant nurse do my hospital admission from the ER. I was very sick got admitted to the critical care unit and all I could think of was her being tired and pregnant and still taking care of me. Thank you to all of the RNs and all of your sacrifices. ❤️
