hello ! so sorry this happened to you but if youre still looking for hello kitty x blues clues collab items you can look on mercari japan thru the neokyo website and buy them on there ! the products are way cheaper than buying them in the us and way easier to find ! shipping might b a little expensive (maybe $20-$30 ? idk its been a while since i ordered there lol) but yeah they have a few items of the collab on there + its trustworthy ive used neokyo so many times n gotten so many goodies that would be way more expensive n hard to find in the us :3

bro I had this exact same situation but with a $200+ item😭 they had a bunch of good reviews and I reverse imaged searched the pics they used. Bought it, had so many shipping issues but they were so communicative😭 after like a month I opened the box and there was literally nothing in it, not even a piece of paper😭 went to ask abt it and they blocked me💔 got my money back bc mecari support is really good but I wanted that item so bad

As a vintage/rare HK long time collector buy and seller who mainly uses Mercari this really makes me sad :( I hear about this so much in the community and have experienced it myself sadly, I know how it feels, if you find anything on my Mercari that catches your eye I’d love to give you a discount personally.
