I have been calorie tracking for 8 months. I lost 20lbs in the first 4 months and only 2lbs in the last 4 months. I’m 6lbs from my goal weight of 145lbs. I wonder if I need a maintenance break, but I’m so close I just want to get there 😭 I aim for 1700-1800 calories and 100g+ protein each day. I’m moderately active. I struggle if I try to eat less than 1700 calories.

I feel like the only way I can stop my afternoon snacking is by doing intermittent fasting. I wake up at 7, have a full healthy breakfast, then some snack, snacks, then lunch, then around 1-2 pm I start fasting. And when I follow this 6/7 days I lose weight easily.
