@restovivaldi: Bean Salads Are Just So Good ❤️ 👩‍🍳 Ingredients: 2 x 19oz cans of mixed beans (I used a mix of fava beans and chic peas in this video) One tomato diced 1/2 a red pepper diced 1/2 a yellow pepper diced 1/2 a green pepper diced 2 stalks of celery diced 1/2 a cup of fresh dill roughly chopped 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil Juice of 1/2 a lemon 2 tbsp red wine vinegar Salt to taste 👩‍🍳 nstructions: 1. Rinse the beans in cold water and pace in large bowl. 2. Add the remainder of ingredients and mix thoroughly. 3. Taste and adjust seasoning
