Coach, can I get enough b vitamins in taking beef liver supplements? If not then maybe switch to b complex? I stopped my b complex when I started beef liver supplements because I was afraid of getting to much of the vitamins and minerals that’s in the beef liver supplements.

I've been taking benfotamine, Beta alinine, and qunol for a little over a month. ive been taking ss31 for about 3 months and my NAD hit the hardest it ever has yesterday. to be honest it kind of scared me. haha. also take b12, electrolytes, glutathione.

Running SS31 + Epitalon (and more) now but Mots-C next... all those viramins at specific times....Do you have any thoughts about taking GHK-Cu with haemochromatosis? (iron overload) ... PS I slept all night with this video on my headphones 🤣

Use Methylated B. It's so important, as B, in general, has low bio availability. ESPECIALLY if you have MTHFR.
