@millionnay: Me and my families dream turned into the biggest nightmare. Drove 8 hours to see Ronaldo & the rest of Portugal.. just to get a message from @StubHub that our tickets were no longer available & we would get refunded while waiting in line outside the stadium.. It’s not even about the money or refund, it’s the moment and memories they took away from us. This was our dream. The feeling of seeing my family cry and walking away from the stadium while everyone goes inside felt so heartbreaking. I’m sure we’re not the only ones stubhub screwed over. They should be out of business, so quick to take our money but days to give us our money back, we could’ve been used that money to catch another one of their games like today’s. Now it makes it harder for us to even fulfill our dream. I’ve always gone through seatgeek and Ticketmaster, of course the one time, we don’t. They tell you you’ll get your tickets 2 hours before the event, just for you to take off work and travel for this. DONT EVER GO THROUGH STUBHUB.
