Nah this is wrong, if you or ur partner keep constanly disappointing, hurting or misunderstanding you then clearly they aren’t meant for you. The only valid take was difficult situations that might push either one away because that shows true love. Being able to be there for someone going through a hard time. If you’re with someone you truly love your excitement never truly fades, sure maybe it’s weaker but it’s still there. Seeing them smile at a gift you gave them or finally seeing them after a couple days apart. No one saying a relationship has to be perfect but a good one almost feels like it is
