my mcas got so severe this year that i’ve been living off of white rice. every time i try a food, ill have nerve pain, gut pain and a slew of awful symptoms. mcas stabilizers don’t really work for me. i’d love to hear what it felt like initially when you practiced mind set shifts, did you get worse before better? what things would you tell yourself during a reaction?

I fixed mine with acupuncture n I could only eat two foods initially. How do I keep going brain retraining outside of acupuncture. What are you doing to make sure you stay that way

I'm praying the same will happen to me. I, unfortunately, live in south Louisiana, so mold is very where, but we got nothing in our home anymore, and I was doing great, until 2024 COVID. I've had to work with my function to get where I am now, being able to eat a lot more than I could, but I'm still struggling with red meat, but again, different things cause secondary MCAS. I have hEDS, so the gastroparesis stuff is suspected, and much more, so I don't know if I'll ever be 100% healed of everything, but I'm glad to eat more than just chicken and rice again. 👏🙌❤️💯🔥

I snorted frankensense saline for 5 years for my mold and drank lemon eno and reactin mixtures . Lol and Lyme disease. I couldn’t eat anything but I’m doing way better now 🤍
