I love this floor plan. The storage space and counter space is fantastic. The only thing that would make it even better is a covered rear porch. I don’t know if that’s possible but if it is, that would be amazing. I would also do a fireplace on the TV wall!

it's hot as hell in Florida too no worries we get it! The house is gorgeous! I like the fact that you put real wooden shelves in the pantry instead of those horrible wire racks. totally love the u-shaped kitchen! my favorite, tankless water heater knocked it out of the park!
