Overnight stay by yourself 8. Spend an entire day at home alone with no distractions. No TV, no podcasts, no radio, no social media 9. Cold plunge if you are not feeling depleted 10. Cook your favourite meal from scratch 11. Sit by water. A river, the ocean, a lake. No phone. Just sit. 12. Go to a museum or art gallery alone and take as long as you want 13. Watch the sunrise or sunset without documenting it 14. Write down everything that is on your mind until there is nothing left. No filter. 15. Go to the cinema alone and watch something you actually want to see 16. Spend a morning doing something with your hands. Build, fix, cook, create. 17. Read a physical book in complete silence for an afternoon 18. Sit in a sauna alone and let whatever surfaces, surface 19. Spend one evening with no artificial light after sunset. Candles only. 20. Go fishing, golfing, or do a sport you love completely alone 21. Attend a live music event alone and let yourself feel it without performing enjoyment for anyone 22. Wake up early one morning and do absolutely nothing for one hour. No agenda. No output. Just exist. 23. Declutter one space that belongs only to you. Physical clearing creates internal clearing. 24. Spend a night around a fire by yourself. Outdoors if possible. 25. Lie on the ground outside and look up. For longer than feels comfortable. Once you start doing some of these, something shifts. The noise quiets. The real voice underneath all the roles and responsibilities starts coming back online. That voice is the beginning of everything.
