I hook my labor fan on the carrier, back wear, and I usually wear a thin as possible dress, baby in a diaper or thin undershirt if in public!

wraps seem to be the warmest I've tried. momcozy makes one specifically for warm weather, and structured carriers let in more airflow

They have mesh carriers. I’ve never tried one but they look very lightweight and they’re even safe to get wet / go in water

ive been using the mom cozy mesh carrier off amazon/tik top shop, just make sure its the one with the buckle bc its way easier than the ring one. and use that clip on fan from amazon with it! if im wearing a tank or something with a lot of exposed skin, i’ll put a light weight linen burp rag between me and baby so we dont stick to each other while sweating

i refuse to wear grey during the summer bc sweat will show so much more, also look into the summer baby wraps on amazon, they’re thinner material to help not overheat you & baby 🤍

I had a newborn at the start of a desert summer! I still swear by babywearing because my colicky newborn would actually sleep in the wrap. I had a different brand but similar concept to this one on Amazon, basically any mesh hybrid wrap carrier! Mesh in a light color is key, and literally wear a spaghetti strap nursing tank top underneath, if home, just a bra, or do skin to skin in the wrap.

Get a ring sling!! Preferably the linen cotton ones from Hope and Plum! Must breathable and way less fabric ❤️
