@poggiolieats: USA World Cup Series Part 3: Loaded Buffalo Chicken Pan Pizza Recipe👇: Ingredients * 1 lb pizza dough, room temperature * Olive oil * Buffalo sauce * Provolone slices * Shredded low-moisture mozzarella * Shredded Monterey Jack * Shredded Oaxaca * Shredded cheddar * Cooked bacon, diced * Rotisserie chicken, shredded * Ranch * Green onions, sliced Instructions 1. Let the pizza dough come to room temperature, then add olive oil to the bottom of a cast iron pan. 2. Place the dough in the pan, gently spread it out, cover, and let it rest for about 2 hours. 3. Uncover the dough and press it out to the edges of the pan. Brush on a very thin layer of buffalo sauce, then add a layer of provolone slices. 4. Par-bake at 475°F for 6–8 minutes, until the dough starts to set and the edges begin to rise. 5. Remove from the oven and add a light layer of the cheese mixture. Use mostly low-moisture mozzarella, with Monterey Jack and Oaxaca for meltiness, plus a little cheddar for color. 6. Add the diced bacon, then mix the shredded rotisserie chicken with buffalo sauce and spread it over the pizza. 7. Cover with more of the cheese mixture, then bake again at 475°F for 10–12 minutes, or until the crust is golden, the cheese is melted, and the top is bubbling. 8. Let the pizza cool for about 5 minutes, then finish with a drizzle of buffalo sauce, ranch, and sliced green onions. #worldcup #chicken #pizza #cheese #Recipe
