TCRs are not foolproof, I’ve had a specific one take in some bills get “jammed” and it ate a couple of $100s only to spit it back out randomly in the morning or be in one of the rollers when we check them. Always count your bills and note the denominations beforehand PLEASE

sorry to say it won't stop outages lol I've been short many times from TCR getting jammed or going offline mid transaction. If no one was available to audit TCR, I balanced with the outage then tied it. Sadly it affected my cash difference report. God Luck!

Once had a customer withdraw 2200. Processed the withdrawal and pulled the cash in 100s from the TCR and sent the customer on his way. Two minutes later I'm waiting for another customer and the TCR randomly dispenses another 2200 without anyone ordering it. I trial balance and I'm 2200 over, spot check the TCR and it's 2200 short. Everyone was confused, no one had ever had that happen and it's never happened again. I swear my branch TCRs were all haunted, had some kind of issue with them everyday lol but my new branch, our TCR is a dream. We barely have problems. The plus of that is I'm now the TCR expert after dealing with their problems so much lmao
