Cook: Air fry at 200°C for 16–20 minutes, flipping halfway through. It should be golden on the outside and fully cooked through in the centre. Я воссоздал его дома — и теперь дети не хотят идти в садик, они хотят остаться и доесть 😄 Та самая нежная, сладкая запеканка с румяной корочкой. Вкус детства, который работает всегда — и на детях, и на взрослых, которые притворяются, что едят «ради ребёнка». 🧾 Творог 1 кг, сметана 80 г, яйца 1–2 шт, сахар 60 г, манная крупа 60 г, сл. масло 80 г, ванильный сахар 1 пакетик (по желанию). 👨‍🍳 В миску выкладываю творог, добавляю яйца, сахар, манку, растопленное масло и ванильный сахар. Тщательно перемешиваю — можно пробить блендером для более кремовой текстуры. Перекладываю в форму, разравниваю и смазываю сверху сметаной. Выпекаю при 220°C около 30 минут до золотистой корочки.
