I’ve been studying your eyeshadow tutorials for the last 3 hours and this look looks like Eva Longoria! I haven’t worn eye shadow in years and you’ve officially motivated me to start!! ❤️

Replying to @smb65 If I could stop buyers from making one mistake... It would be skipping the home inspection. I completely understand why buyers feel pressured. In competitive markets, people hear stories about buyers waiving inspections to make their offer stronger. But here's what I want you to remember... You're about to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars. A home inspection isn't designed to kill the deal. It's designed to help you understand what you're buying. Over the years, I've seen inspections uncover things buyers never would have noticed during a showing. Roofs that were at the end of their life. Sewer lines that needed to be replaced. Electrical safety concerns. Foundation movement. Water intrusion. Drainage problems. The list goes on. Does that mean you shouldn't buy the house? Absolutely not. Many buyers still move forward. The difference is they do it with information. Now they can negotiate repairs. Ask for seller credits. Budget for future maintenance. Or decide the home isn't the right fit. That's a much better position to be in than discovering a major problem after you've already moved in. This is one of the topics we cover in my Buyer Seminar. We'll talk about the buying process, inspections, financing, negotiations, and what you should expect before you ever write an offer. 📅 July 14th ⏰ 6:00 PM MST 💻 Live on Zoom Type BUYER in the comments and I'll personally send you the link. #alishacollins #realestatebestie #casperwyoming #homeinspection #firsttimehomebuyer
