crazy proud of my daughter and son...they have amazing jobs and incredible parents I look up too them in awe.....I was 17 and 21 when they were born...I've been an empty nester at 42 its so hard but I'm so proud at the same time

my son is a successful adult with 4 kids of his own. my daughter moved away to university 2 years ago and shes never coming back. I raised them all alone. and yes I am sat alone in their childhood home thankful they don't need me but damn it hurts so much 💔

my son is 23 and I can't wait for him to move out. Not because I want him to go but because I can see how much he wants to buy his own house. He works really hard, he saves a lot of his wages and works overtime. He has grown into an absolutely fantastic man and I'm so proud of him. Everything he has and done, he has paid for it himself. He's kind, loving and respectful but I can tell he's itching to go. I'll miss him so much when he does go but I'll also be more than proud because he's done it himself, he's saved and worked for it.
