@marieesca: Your vagus nerve is the main connection between your gut and your brain! When you support your gut health you support your nervous system health and vise versa🌀 Magnesium glycinate calms the stress system + L-theanine creates a relaxed state + omega-3s lower gut and brain inflammation. #holistichealth #functionalnutrition #vagusnerve #nervoussystemhealing #magnesium *medical disclaimer: The content provided here is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Vagus nerve is so important I’m so glad you brought this up. If it’s off balance, especially while eating, can cause a lot of discomfort

What about those people with high baseline glutamate or sensitive NMDA receptors who have a negative anxiety type response to excess glycine? What other supplements would you recommend for supporting the gut brain axis?

What should I do to help my digestive system better if I have been dealing with loss of hunger consistent bloating, day and night pain after eating anything I’ve been to my G.I. doctor been prescribed medicine to try to see if I have sibo or gastritis and none of the medication has helped. I also did a endoscopy and an ultrasound and both came back to normal right now. I just wanna get hungry again and not have so much bloating and feel better. What do you recommend I do. I go on vacation in a couple weeks and I don’t wanna feel like this.

Is there a stacking method you recommend to align with our cycle as women?? I feel like I have way too many supplements and trying to keep them all in rotation at all times is a lot.

What is the appropriate time to take these supplements? Would you take them together on an empty stomach?
