What I do. 1 day Back and chest 2 day bicep tricep shoulders. 3 day. Squat. Leg extensions, leg curls calf raises, abductor abductor. Rest. Repeat

Please don’t do 6 days. Genuinely. More does not mean better. Your muscles need some time to recover. Also, don’t work back and biceps on the same day. Some back exercises use your biceps, so do back and triceps instead
