@ronosf: If I figure out what’s causing the low rail pressure, it will hopefully solve this whole thing #CarCulture #DieselTrucks #TruckTikTok #CarsofTikTokContest #Ronosf
It’s probably air locked from cranking on it with the fuel filters loose.

Pressure to the cp3 shouldn’t matter, pressure is a restriction to fuel flow, as long as you see a mass amount of fuel then the cp3 is supplied, crack a couple of injector lines then crank and look for air. With key on pop the Schrader valve with the Fass on to bleed air in the feed lines, crank with a driver side injector supply line loosened, will push all of the air out of the system because of how the rails are supplied fuel. Are your injectors returning mass fuel and how do your rail relief valves look?

More than likely your injectors are bad. If they're returning way too much fuel, the system can't build rail pressure. Try pinching off the return line going back to the tank. If it starts, you're returning too much fuel and found your issue. Time for a CP3 and injectors.

If you have a lift pump and that thing is pumping then with the key on it should be coming out of that strainer valve

Following this closely. I’d help if I could in any sort of way but I’m beyond far away and have no extra parts. But I’m deeeep into this now😂

@white_eye_duramax05: Try using the pressure gauge you got on the cp3 pump. Somehow set that gauge up after the fass (disable the fass for this) but before the cp3. The pump itself should pull at least 12inHG. (Vacuum pull)

Considering you have a fass pump with the pump running check for fuel pressure if you have pressure the fca could be bad

See if it’ll fire with starting fluid, that’ll tell you if it’s a fuel issue. Also check your crank sensor I’ve had multiple new ones bad out of the box. Had this same issue on my LBZ

STEP ONE see if it starts with starting fluid strayed, I had the same issue, if it runs with starting fluid then pull the fuel rail plug if it’s stock it’s probably stuck open, if it’s not stock and you have an after market plug then you probably blew your injectors, I can give more help/ tell you more if you need help on exactly what I mean
