yessss idc what these people in the comments say everybody's teeth ain't set up the same or have the same plack buildup my husband's isn't like mine after a day I get so much build up back on those teeth I actually use a q tip to get it off I have a smaller set mouth and been told by surgeons and all that I have a tight mouth and tight teeth and not everyone can see inside their mouth so well so ppl just chill 🤪🤪

So it would be safe to use these to clean under the gums? I can't get under the gum in the middle of the tooth with floss. I can only reach in between the teeth. Would a metal made Stimmie be ok to use to? Like a reusable one? (if you're careful with managing it of course).

Meine Güte wist ihr was ich feststellen das Zahnpflege in letzter Zeit zu wissenschaftlich geworden ist. Mann verbringt da schnell mal so 15 - 20 min im Bad für die Zahnpflege

the tell-do-show method works great with kids, and adults too. in my experience if my patients don’t have optimal OH, adding in another step to their routine just doesn’t stick. it’s easier just to explain correct brushing technique using the tell-do-show method and give them links to videos to watch at home. it’s amazing what holding an ETB angled at the gumline can do - no need for fancy wording or instructions, just hold the toothbrush on the tooth for a few seconds and press gently so the bristles flare/touch the gums
