if you go to the tech section you should be able to find 90% isopropyl alcohol (which would be 180 proof) which will evaporate more easily giving you a higher perfume concentrate :)

My mom has these beautiful mimosa flower trees in her backyard. They are probably the most amazing smelling flowers. I’ve ever smell in my entire life. If you could make perfume out of that, I would be absolutely blown away.😍
