I would like to ask about flock cameras because I'm not from the USA. so you said there appeared tiktoks about them and ppl are filming them but what, they didn't notice they're installed on many streets before tiktok didn't show them that? it wasn't a thing before that "trend"? do you know when they appeared on the streets?
