I feel your pain. I had 3 screws put in my hip 3 weeks ago. Can’t bear weight for 3 more weeks. They gave me a walker, though. I live alone so I’ve learned how to balance all kinds of things on it.

I made that mistake 4 days after my ACL surgery, and fell backwards which led me to tearing my meniscus. 😭now I’m going back to surgery next week .
