"Nova doesn't vibe with Walmart" honestly sounds like something every toddler has said without using words 😭 they can sense when you planned to stay longer than five minutes. Around that same time I was struggling with low energy and feeling disconnected from myself. Someone recommended Eat Like a Woman Protocol written by Loren Green and it genuinely changed things for me. More energy and 31 lbs lost later, I feel amazing.
