@baseballdugout: Rafael Devers REFUSED to come out of the game this past weekend 🤦‍♂️ #baseball #sports #rafaeldevers #giants #stupid

findingmichael :

As a Red Sox fan we saw this coming. This is the kind of stuff he did last year before the trade. Giants are too good of an organization to deal with this

Redbravo_3 :

Disagree he is your best player highest paid player . They wouldn’t do this to bonds or posey so why do it to him ?

Your Mom :

Meanwhile when they pranked Ohtani that someone was going to pinch hit for him. He was humble AF and stepped away from the steps.

Scrumblebunny :

He’s a child.

user94230458646 :

The red Sox made a lot of bad trades over the last 10 years but this was not one of them 😭

Nick W :

Red Sox fans laughing with they popcorn. Devers era is ova

Sidney Cumbie :

aaaannnnnnd off the team

BobbyMcV :

I honestly don’t understand his argument for staying on the base paths

ChazzMichaelMichaels :

Ju.pipe :

Facts!

captn.seabass :

27 stolen bases and he doesn’t go, then they proceeded ground into a DP 😂

Joshua Harrison :

Completely agree. Devers needs to humble himself.

davidflowers676 :

exactly, it's a team sport managed by the MANAGER!

We Are One :

This take is spot on.

Nick :

Machado, Devers and Rushing on the I can’t stand them list

GreyJedi7876 :

Giants are beginning to understand why the Red Sox wanted him off the payroll

Nicholas Fuelling :

Totally agree.

Ace :

And the guy is hitting .239 with a .6 WAR

tomjerry_164 :

Why not suspend him for 5 games

kaddy :

A year ago I was crushing the Sox for trading him for basically nothing, fast forward and he’s still a problem just for a different team. Still crushing the Sox now but for different reasons

PA :

Think same way when pitchers dont want to come out? Giants were swept at that point wouldnt have mattered whether he stayed in or out.

Grampa Joe :

TRADE HIM or RETIRE HIM

Austin M :

The only time I will say I’m willing to have a conversation is with my starting pitcher that I trust
