You didn't talk about the percentage that the house takes from you annually. You didn't evaluate how long it will take you to recover the initial capital put in the biz. You didn't also factors inn the disappointment coming from the tenants who take up these flats. How about the cost for running the property by the company which runs it for you

If you are taking about it as an investment, the it is wrong, if you make 10% of your capital investment per year then it is a financial mistake even trust funds give 20% up. And remember you still have to do maintenance and there is a max limit in which your house rent rate would go for. and mainly buildings and houses depreciate overtime only lands appreciate.
