When I lived in China back in the late 2000s, I noticed that the Chinese couldn't just build a building or bridge and leave it at that. They always added something really interesting to look at that gave it a real wow factor.

Westerners think of China as 1980s. No longer, it's more advanced and cleaner then the US. No more smog, it has fresh air, environmentally friendly and a woman can walk around at 2an or 3am without worrying to be hit on or attacked.
