Fiction is supposed to be a safe way to explore concepts that are not as safe, morally accepted, consequences and differing choices and motivations. The idea that everything has to be morally pure is weird to me.

This and the habit of trying to make the villain “misunderstood” or an undercover protagonist 🥴. Sometimes the villain is just bad and it’s okay LOL They are excellent at being bad.

One of my biggest issues is placing human morals on immortal characters 😭 it erks me to no end. This is fiction, I don’t WANT an immortal character to have the same morals as humans. If I lived for 13 thousand years idek if morals would exist for me
