Yep this is straight bull. Horrible launch from Rhode… especially when certain influencers were shipped the entire launch of free product then people like yourself spent hundreds of hard earned dollars & have yet to get their makeup or their order was cancelled. And then Rhode isn’t doing anything to make it right.

I got my first order and I just got the restocking email and I just got an alert yesterday no tracking yet but yeah that’s absolutely horrendous. That’s like the POV when it first came out I had to go back-and-forth to cancel my order with them. I waited two months and still never got my order.
