what's with the mask? what's he trying to hide? why? is she on some kind of medication? is she having some sort of medical episode? why are police always so frightened of police vehicles being filmed? 5 cops for a camera? what about a camera is so threatening? literally more police responding to a camera than to a violent disturbance at a Waffle Hut.
