But being interviewed and stating the kind of boss figure you’d prefer would also appeal poorly to the potential employer, it could mean yes you know what you want to motivate you but then again you’re not in position to be picky. It’s rare (sadly) for a company to listen and fully note and understand what could make you stay, most are focused first on whether you would be a good fit, not if you are as good as you said you will be.
