For anyone wondering since most people want to gatekeep the meaning and sound cool...This is Michel Nkuka Mboladinga or the "Statue Man", That pose is a tribute to the Congo's first PM (Patrice Lamumba) after Independence in 1960. The frozen pose is supposed to mimic Lamumbas' memorial statue and serves as a symbol of resistence/strength.
