If they voted for trump does that not show clearly that they are willing to put aside all morality to back a candidate even after a massive amount of evidence and witness testimony as well as being convicted for paying a family hush money for what he did to their daughter. But it seems to be a boost in numbers for right wing leaders to do henious things and then be extremely public about it. I've seen these arguments be addressed. the right will say "meritocracy" then support the appointments of people like Pete Hegseth and Linda McMahon. They seem unwilling to accept the fact that DEI isn't about appointing minorities regardless of qualifications ... because whoever is hired still needs to be qualified. you presented no evidence to suggest that DEI practices did nothing to improve ethical practices. do companies use it as a "fresh coat of paint" as u say? sure ... but that's a different claim from saying that DEI failed to do make any positive changes. also, multiple studies have been done to show that diversity within the workplace does actually lead to improved decision-making, financial performance, and innovation.

im not gonna deny what you said, but there is a large part of the political right that is irrational. i had a conversation with a 13 year old fascist the other day and he did not hear me out, he did not care about what i said because to him im a blackie and not a "real finnish person" because i believe people of all ethnicities should be able to come here. the thing is im not black, im ethnically white and finnish.
