I also figured out I have adhd from til tok! I’d just sent my sons to live with their father because I wasn’t coping after the year of lock down, I was waiting for my appointment with a psychiatrist and was looking for answers. I saw someone talking about executive dysfunction and it immediately clicked.

Blimey, standing up and speaking in front of a whole room clearly took a lot of gumption, bravo to her and to you, Catie, for your reaction and helping her in the first place! As an undiagnosed parent of 1 confirmed ND kid (well, he's 18 now) and two others with *potential* (in a good way, obvs!) I think knowing yourself is such a powerful tool in parenting to be able to a) advocate for them and b) help them understand themselves (and c, know when they're taking the piss).

pages and pages of parenting resources? 🥺 🥺 is there anything that would maybe cover if, *hypothetically,* I have neurodivergent kids and undiagnosed but obvious grandparents all living in the same house?
