![🇦🇺🇭🇰 I finally visited one of Melbourne’s most iconic Cantonese restaurant chains… and now I understand why it’s been around for so long 😭 Phoenix Kitchen was founded in 2015 by two Guangdong-born chefs, both formerly from Secret Kitchen, who brought decades of experience perfecting traditional Cantonese roast meats.😳 They first opened as a traditional Cantonese restaurant in Doncaster and today they’ve grown to 7 locations across Melbourne, combining modern Cantonese dining with the same original recipes that built their reputation‼️ And honestly… the food speaks for itself. 🤤 LOVE THE signature roast duck had perfectly crispy skin, juicy tender meat !! The fried rice was super super good too with the wokhei - If you’re craving authentic Cantonese roast meats and classic Hong Kong flavours this is definitely one to add to your list (BUT!!
