wouldn’t the meat our ancestors consumed just fine for thousands of years have even higher levels of cortisol, since we were persistence hunters who kept the animal in a state of fear for days? Cortisol gets broken down in our stomach acid anyways lol

ill eat meat, but I fucking hate meat industries that torture the innocent animals and keep them locked away from the outside world. us human are so selfish, animals had all this before us and all we do is ruin the earth and them. they deserve sunlight before dying too.
