@🍀Luck Factory🍀:The only real ways to beat them: 1. Sue the county over zoning to kill the data center's permits. No data center = no power line. 2. Band together to force a reroute through media/political pressure. 3. Drag it out in court to ruin their tight timeline. 4. Reject the lowball and sue for a massive jury payout.

This is what I was thinking when I saw the headline - data center burning down - that the amount of toxic smoke and if they had chemical fire extinguishers. Were data centers not required to put in argon gas fire suppression systems as per building code bc sprinkler systems do not meet fire protection for tech equipment? Bc no building should have burned for 60 days if they met fire codes! Someone is not doing their job in granting occupancy if all systems are not all up to code!
