@flipsbsb: How you move forward is affecting your swing path. Most hitters don’t realize it. As you move into your forward move, your shoulder plane needs to be even or slightly downhill. Not uphill. When the shoulders work uphill on the forward move the hands drop and the path gets steep uphill. When you work downhill you stay centered, the hands stay up, and you can attack the middle to top of the zone. That’s attacking posture. Watch your own video on the forward move. See where your shoulders are going. Drop a comment and tell me what you notice. Let’s work through it. #hitting #baseballtraining #MLB #baseball #baseballseason
