so cardio & strength la kat sini, orang pick hybrid sebab nak benefits dua2, kalau running terlalu cardio kurang strength, kalau power lifiting terlalu strength kurang cardio. boleh je nak buat powerlifting + running, sendiri buat custom training plan, tula tapi kalau nak training dua2 mau nak terkejar masa, dengan komitmen kerja hakiki2 lagi.
