Testing for roofies is able to be done. Rohupnol is the trade name for flunitrazepam, which is a benzodiazepine and is part of a standard 10 and 12 panel drug test. I don’t buy any of this!

Hmmm, apparently we heard 2 different calls w the hospital about the drug screening for “roofies”, ie: GHB, rohypnol, etc! The 5-panel test that they do is an instant drug screen, which is physically collected & performed IN the ER… She SAID that for the drug screen panel that includes GHB, etc that isn’t performed in-house, rather it’s sent out to a reference lab… that’s standard practice, especially when instant drug screen positive results are also sent out to a reference lab for confirmatory testing! I think you heard what you wanted to hear 🙉
