@afrikanhairgod: Getting natural hair to grow and thrive is no longer a mystery to me. I have a system and an approach that works! It's simple, it's easy, and it's cheap. Natural hair was never meant to be hard to manage or understand. We've just MADE it that way. I'm happy I get to help my clients realize that for themselves! 😊
do you use heat protectant before or after blow drying?

Wow my hair always gets split ends so bad. 6months with no trim would have my ends almost to the root .

Hii I have a question how do you reduce single-strand knots? I know our hair is inevitable to looping together, but I get an excessive amount of single strand knots that I always have to cut. I don’t know what’s causing them though.

Beautiful plaits and FULL edges. I’d wear my hair that for 4-5 days before taking it down and redoing it because my scalp gets dry. Working on that now with vitamins and regularly oiling every other day and making sure I’m drinking enough water and eating properly

I love that you said this, my hair has been thriving so much without cutting it, I have days where I get breakage and thinning at the ends, but my hair density is so full from the roots to the midshaft, I barely trim it, I do have fairy knots so I’ve realized that with my texture my hair likes a blown out state. I have 4A at the roots and 3C at the end so my hair kind of works like Velcro they latch onto to each each other. I’ve had a lot of breakage, but I’m also impressed with all the fullness and growth. My mind is blown away.

Hello, I have a question. I’m learning how to braid hair and of course before I found you, I got gel and blow out my hair when braiding. How would you suggest learning how to braid hair in an unstretched state with no gel(cornrows) because I don’t prefer to use heat or gel
