the Serena and Darien version was the one I grew up with! ik it's not an accurate translation to the manga but it holds a special place in my heart with the music and the American faux pas 😭

I use to watch the DIC dub before, but when I watched the VIZ dub I started to like it and understand it more. Both dubs are really great I totally respect each one, but for me I prefer the Viz version.

nah I grew up with the dic dub but after watching the viz media version I actually like viz dub better. dic dub sounds ridiculous and like fingers to a chalk board sometimes like i can't take it seriously. the only voice in the dic dub that was good was mars and rini that's it.

Yeah I’m so sad they replaced the 90s dub with new voices but same 90s animation. The 90s DiC & Cloverway version are so nostalgic

I wish they kept their English names. I don't like all try censorship in the 90s dub but I do love their names and voices. Terri Hawkes for life 🩷 I will say, sometimes the voice work was over exaggerated but that's because the director making them do that.... If you notice in the movies they're more leveled and put together. I sincerely believe that's because they had voice directors giving them better direction.
