My mom thought I was a narcissist and tried to gray rock me. Fun fact, when you’re not a narcissist it’s about telling them how you feel and what they did… it’s not about their reaction.

I had a major breakthrough in the emeshment with my mother when she tried to provoke an emotional reaction and 1 hour went by and 2 hours and I still have her nothing. I then realized that she was actually getting desperate but even attacking my personality and character didn't give her the reaction. I watched the rising panic in her eyes and I realized so many things that night. Actually went no contact 6 months later
