Для приготовления супа: 3 картофелины среднего размера 5-6 столовых ложек растительного масла 1 чайная ложка тертого лука для обжарки 1,5 столовые ложки томатной пасты. Смешайте ингредиенты для фрикаделек в миске и хорошо вымесите. Сформируйте из смеси небольшие фрикадельки размером с не большой шарик. Выложите фрикадельки на посыпанный мукой противень и полностью обваляйте их в муке. Налейте масло в кастрюлю и обжарьте тертый лук. Добавьте томатную пасту и продолжайте обжаривать до появления аромата. Добавьте нарезанный кубиками картофель и перемешайте. Добавьте горячую воду и соль. Как только вода закипит, добавьте фрикадельки и аккуратно перемешайте. Горячая вода (достаточно, чтобы покрыть картофель) Очень вкусные фрикадельки, которые не разваливаются. Чтобы фрикадельки сохраняли форму и не разваливались в процессе варки, нужно заменить рис на булгур, попробуйте приготовить по этому рецепту.. Приятного аппетита всем 🌸.
