Try ceremonial raw chocolate especially the ones that are tested for heavy metals I think Lindts chocolate has some heavy metals in it as far as I remember from latest lab results

Nope. Tried it last yr. Rlly high calories and doesn’t rlly itch the sweetness itch. My move is wedges or 1-3 boiled > air fried seasoned potatoes with ketchup + Diet Coke. Russets are 100per. Satiating + sugar needs hit
