@whatwouldkaylacook: Viral Dessert Nachos (because you Watched Voicemails to Isabelle)🍓🍫✨ Serves: 6–8 Ingredients For the cinnamon sugar tortilla chips: * 6 flour tortillas * 2 tablespoons melted butter * 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon * 2 tablespoons caster sugar For the toppings: * 250g strawberries, sliced * ⅓ cup pistachios, roughly chopped * 90g milk or dark chocolate, melted * 1 can whipped cream Method 1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius and line a large baking tray with baking paper. 2. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges and place them in a large bowl. 3. In a small bowl, combine the caster sugar and cinnamon. Pour the melted butter over the tortilla wedges, then sprinkle over the cinnamon sugar mixture. Toss well until evenly coated. 4. Spread the tortilla wedges onto the prepared baking tray in a single layer. 5. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden, crisp and lightly caramelised. Allow to cool slightly. 6. To assemble, grab a large serving platter or baking dish. Layer the cinnamon sugar tortilla chips with sliced strawberries, chopped pistachios, a drizzle of melted chocolate and generous dollops of whipped cream. 7. Repeat the layers until all ingredients have been used. 8.
