if it's working appropriately and then you have to call the company to come in and change the blade and reset the machine which takes time

I worked at a saw shop for 12 years, it was always funny when people brought those saw stops in trying to fix the blade. Like nope. if that thing engages it shoves a block of aluminum into the saw so hard that it stalls out the motor. Destroys the blade, and the saw stop has to be serviced or replaced as well.

By the way dont wear gloves when using it if your clumsy as for some reason or another it doesnt work properly sometimes if your have gloves on

That saw has saved a lot of fingers where I work . Squibbs are $60 plus a new blade . Treated plywood ( probably lumber too) will set it off because moisture content
