just to clarify the salt issue, we dont add anything to the breading mixture, it comes already premixed, fryers or chefs must sieve that breading after every breading cycle and add a scoop of fresh breading to neutralise the salty taste of the breading. otherwise we will have this complaint everyday coz of not following breading procedures.....
