Prediabetic and hypertensive at the age of 26. Been struggling at work na kasi ang sluggish ko gumalaw at pagod lagi. Pls if may means kayo kumain palagi ng healthy yun piliin nyo. And also pro tip, sa first 2 weeks lang mahirao yung diet kasi nung triny ko nasanay na agad yung tiyan ko sa red rice, high fiber, and paminsan minsan nalang na ffood. Bago pa man mahuli ang lahat, maintenance or worst life threatening diseases

Hi! I was pre diabetic last january nagpa lab ako.. also have PCOS and I was overweight going to obese na from 55kg to 66kg. Doctor prescribed me Ozempic since prediabetic ako and have PCOS… done my last laboratory last week lang and all my tests are normal na even my sugar mababa na, my current weight right now is 55kg! Gulay talaga tsaka bawas sa riceee plus light exercises! fighting! 🩷

I had an unhealthy diet which led to pre-diabetes, stage 2 hypertension, PCOS, a thick uterine lining, and an endometrial polyp pero umokay na rin. Because of this, I am now on maintenance medication.

Madami ng fake foods around us. Mga processed foods na sobrang sarap yet not good for our body and to our diets. Patty, Nuggets, Longganisa, Hotdog, Flavored drinks, pastry, and many many more. Try to eat lean meat as ulam everyday. Chicken breask, Boiled Egg, air fryied pork, boiled beef, then just use salt pepper lang. Atleast once a day you have good source of protein with less calories

Ganyan din ako, dahil noon halos diko makain yung gusto. Kaya noong nagka work ako, lahat ng gustong kainin kinakain ko lalo na yung milktea at coke. Hanggang 2022, naging type2 diabetic ako. Ang hirap at masakit din sa bulsa. Sana pala diko inispoiled masiyado sarili ko☹️

Wala naman masama kumain sa mga fast food. Pero dapat ang life style mo ay 80% whole foods, 20% is whatever food u want. Its all about balance. Perfection isn’t sustainable. Balance is.
