I'm in England. I can see the requirements to be a police officer in America is to be dumb and stupid and lacking humanity. They must be able to ignore the constitution break the law and make up laws with complete confidence. Also they are never wrong or admit to being wrong. When police authorities overseeing this do nothing that a higher authority must shut them down and start again. American authorities must have a limitless budget to pay victims of cop wrongdoing compensation. This whilst taxpayers are paying the costs
